Loading... On the hills that line the east of the city of Assisi, there are stretches of vineyards that enjoy excellent climatic and geographical conditions, thus producing excellent quality grapes.
With the wonderful and unique background of the valley, you can stroll through the vineyards and discover the techniques of viticulture.
You will then continue in the cellar, for a sensorial analysis of the wine. At the end of the visit a tasting of 5 wines Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT, hot bruschetta with organic extra virgin olive oil produced by the company and a selection of cold cuts of Norcia, typical cheeses and typical Umbrian desserts.
