Truffle hunting in the countryside of Assisi

In the company of a passionate truffle expert, you will experience an exciting and instructive truffle hunt, immersed in the green forests of Umbria.

The truffle hunter will show you how to find truffles walking through the woods and how to cook and taste them.

It starts in the morning, together with a truffle hunter, for a walk in the woods with dogs trained to hunt the black diamond of Umbria. At the end, you will return to the winery to taste this precious ingredient in several traditional dishes paired with organic wines.

The tasting lunch includes four different courses, paired with 5 organic wines and typical dishes seasoned with truffles found in the morning.
